Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing and shipping times may be extended. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in processing or shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Krupp & Carter Clothing Company accepts returns and exchanges of full-priced merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Final Sale Items: Sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags and garment labels attached. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
